EYRA SMM | OFFICIAL TERMS OF SERVICE 🎀

1. ORDERING PROTOCOL
- Approval Required: Users must consult the site owner before finalizing any new orders.
- Link Integrity: Always verify link formats before submission. Orders placed with incorrect, private, or hidden links are not eligible for refunds or cancellations.
- Order Continuity: Do not place multiple orders for the same link simultaneously. Duplicate orders are not eligible for refunds.
- Active Orders: Do not place a new order on the same link while another order is still active or processing. Orders placed despite an existing active order are not eligible for cancellation.
- Quantity Logic: Orders must be placed in clean multiples (e.g., 100, 200, 500, 1000).
- System Analytics: Our completion and service analytics are internal tools designed for daily data tracking and are not intended for public display.

2. FUNDING & PAYMENTS
- Verification: When adding funds, a payment receipt that includes your profile picture is required. Requests without this documentation will be declined.
- Finality: Once funds are successfully credited to your site balance, they are non-refundable.
- Direct Payment Returns: If a direct order is canceled or only partially completed, any remaining balance will be credited to your site account, not refunded through the original payment method (e.g., GCash).

3. REFILL & CANCELLATION POLICY
- Refill Window: Refills are typically completed within 5–7 days. During high-volume periods, processing may take longer. Rush requests will not be accommodated.
- Refill Eligibility: Refills are calculated solely based on the original Start Count, the ordered quantity, and the current follower count. Any over-delivered followers are considered a bonus and are not covered by the refill guarantee.
- Refill Requests: If your order experiences significant drops and the current follower count falls below the original Start Count, please submit a refill request using the exact Order ID associated with the affected order. Refill requests must correspond to the original order, as refill eligibility is determined only by the original Start Count, ordered quantity, and current follower count.
- Limitations: Refills are void if the current count falls below the initial Start Count or if the drop is within the rate specified in the service description.
- Non-Guaranteed Services: Eyra World is not responsible for drops on services explicitly marked "No Refill."
- Cancellation Requests: Cancellation requests may be submitted only after 3 days from the order date. Please note that cancellations involve a complex system process and may take several days or weeks to complete.

4. SERVICE DYNAMICS
- Processing Speed: Start times and delivery speeds are dynamic and may vary depending on system load and order volume.
- Support Tickets: If an order remains incomplete after 24 hours, please submit a formal support ticket for review.

5. CONDUCT & COMPLIANCE
- Professionalism: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive or disrespectful behavior from API resellers or boosters. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
- Market Position: By using our services, you acknowledge that Eyra World operates as one of the most cost-effective providers in the market and agree to comply with these policies.

NOTICE: By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions listed above. Orders placed while another order for the same link is still active will not be canceled. These terms are subject to change at any time based on operational or system requirements.
